Nanshan culture and sports center is located in the middle of Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, covering an area of 39600 square meters, with a total construction area of 78800 square meters. The project cost is 1 billion yuan. It is composed of theater, gymnasium and swimming pool. It is a district level public cultural and sports facility.

On November 25, 2013, Nanshan District held a public bidding for the operation and management unit of the sports and sports center. Jiazhaoye sports group, together with its joint unit, Shenzhen Jucheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., obtained the operation right of Nanshan sports and sports center.

Nanshan Cultural and sports center is adjacent to Nanshan District government and Lixiang Park, south of Shennan Avenue, north of Taoyuan Road, west of Nanshan Avenue and east of Nanxin road; it is adjacent to the District Library and District Museum, and is surrounded by Nantou street, Changxing Road, Nanshan Avenue and Honghua road. It is a district level public cultural and sports facility. It is composed of theater, gymnasium and natatorium. It is surrounded by the South library and the District Museum to form a city square.

The net size of the auditorium of the Grand Theater is 27.2mx40.2m, the main stage is 27mx25m, the platform mouth is 18mx10.85m, and the side platform is 16mx15.5m. The net size of the auditorium of the small theater is 19.2mx19.11m, and the stage is 19.2mx10.0m.

Function and streamline:

In the middle of the first floor are large and small theaters and VIP rest areas, in the West are rooms for actors and staff, unloading area and setting platform, and in the East are rest rooms. The audience enters the rest hall from the east entrance and then arrives at the auditorium. The second and third floor buildings arrive at the auditorium through the public stairs of the rest hall and the sightseeing elevator. The wheelchair audience is set in the pool seat on the first floor and close to the entrance. There are separate entrances and exits in the VIP rest area of the theater, which can directly reach the auditorium and stage. Actors and staff enter from the west entrance and then reach each floor through the service elevator. The unloading area has separate entrances and exits and is close to the set platform.

Function and streamline:

The plane outline of the gymnasium is approximately square. There are three floors above the ground and four in some places.

The first floor (elevation -0.700) is the entrance and activity area for the competition venue, athletes, VIP, media, some spectators, wheelchair spectators, etc. The entrances of athletes and referees are located in the northwest and northeast, respectively; the media entrance and activity area are located in the south, and the media room is centrally arranged. Wheelchair spectator entrance and activity area are located in the southeast corner, through the accessible elevator to the second floor, enter the wheelchair seat. The main spectators arrive at the second floor auditorium through the West outdoor staircase and the east two straight stairs.

The competition venue is 50.00 m × 32.00 m, and the minimum clear height is 14 m, which can meet the requirements of badminton competition, conference and exhibition, artistic performance and other activities.

Function and streamline:

At ordinary times, people can enter from the south entrance of the square. From the main entrance, they can go down through the front desk of the natatorium to the changing room of-3.000 m high-rise, and then go to the swimming pools and play pools on the same floor. During the competition, the athletes enter the competition area through the entrance of the northwest + 1.000 high-rise building, change clothes and shower in the dressing room of this floor or down to the dressing room of -3.000 high-rise building, and then enter the competition area through the north entrance of the competition pool; the audience enters the audience area through the south entrance of the square and directly enters the audience area through the corridor. Staff enter the work area from the entrance in the northeast corner. +The changing room on the 1.000 floor can be used as the changing room for VIP members.

Venue operation

On November 25, 2013, Nanshan sports and Sports Center held a public bidding for the operation and management unit. Jiazhaoye sports and sports group and jucheng.com jointly participated in the bidding, which broke out a quotation of 1 yuan, becoming the lowest quotation in Nanshan's bidding history. Finally, due to the highest comprehensive score, jiazhaoye sports and sports group was recommended as the bid winning supplier by the jury.
