Meimaofeng is located in the southeast of Huangshan Mountain, connecting Boyu peak in the north, Qingtan peak in the West and Xianglu peak in the south. It is one of the 36 small peaks with an altitude of 1430 meters. Looking from the gate of Huangshan Mountain or the third floor of Yungu villa, the bone of the peak looks like an eye socket. It stands in a forest of pine trees and grows into a curved row, which looks like eyebrows. Hence the name of the peak.

The whole eyebrow peak has dense pine forest and roaring pines. Except for the flat top, it is tall and straight, with great momentum. From baizhangquan bridge climbing along the stone path to Meimao peak, the slope is steep and tortuous. There are many shrubs on both sides. It is rich in orchids. The fragrance of spring is refreshing. Today, there is a poem praising: "a peak leaps out of the nine clouds, the fog surges, the haze rises, and the sea tide bathes.".
