Peach blossom peak

Taohua peak is located at the southern end of Huangshan Mountain. It is connected with Yunmen peak in the West and faces Zishi peak across Tangquan river. It is one of the 36 peaks with an altitude of 1460 meters. This peak has rich soil and abundant vegetation. Earlier, there were many peach trees on the peak, known as "Ten Mile peach blossom peak", which is still in full bloom. From March to April every year, the foot of Taohua mountain opens to the top layer by layer, just like Jinxia.

Predecessors have a poem to describe: "flowers bloom 100000 trees, peak like Yixia phi." When the flowers wither, the red petals of the mountain flow into the peach blossom stream, which is called "peach blossom soup". Thus the peak got its name. In the Qing Dynasty, Yixian people, Yongzheng Jianju people, famous scholars Hu and Gao you wrote a poem: "peach blossoms bloom on the top of the mountain, and the jade girl laughs in the mountain. The emperor's hometown has endless spring and the setting sun shines every day. " In the poem, the peach blossom is in full bloom and the jade girl is laughing together, which gives the peach blossom peak a romantic color of spring. There are two legends about who planted the peach trees on the peak. One is that when Emperor Xuanyuan came to Huangshan to make alchemy, he saw that there were few flowers and trees on the peak. He ordered all the officials to plant the peach trees all over the place. If you look at them from the car, you can see that they were lying alone outside the gully and did not connect with the peaks. So there is a poem: "a peak greedy pillow from the crowd, eternal mountain lying white clouds.". In the prosperous age, all people strive for contribution, but you don't want people outside
