Most of the buildings are of brick and wood structure. The facade is a relatively gentle tube tile slope roof, spiral window columns, flower iron fence, glazed tile hollowed out flowers, tube tile door and window lintels.

Jiang Jingguo once lived in No.2 lane.

The building is now a residential building. Xuhui District registered cultural relics protection units, the second batch of excellent historical buildings in Shanghai.
