Nanping

Nanping is one of the scenic spots in Wanxian mountain. It is composed of 11 natural villages, each of which is very small. Some of them have only three families. Stone houses are dotted like stars in the gullies and slopes on the south side of Wanxian mountain.

Nanping has a large area and many scenic spots, so you can choose the most suitable route to visit. You can walk along the path of xiaoshuanggou. Passing by Xiaoshuang village, you can see Tang Yu and the stone roller under the tree. During the Anti Japanese War, the commander of Taihang District, PI Dingjun, led his department to garrison here. The people used this roller to grind rice noodles for the Eighth Route Army. General PI Dingjun once pushed this roller.

Nanping

There is a terrace in the south of the village, so it is named. The brigade was set up in 1958 and changed to a village committee in 1984. It is 11 kilometers southwest of Yangzhong town and 730 meters above sea level. It has jurisdiction over Nanping, Banling, qianlingtou, hongshihou and other four natural villages, four villager groups, 75 households, 351 people, 151 permanent residents, 2 university culture residents of the village, 306 mu of cultivated land and 3244 mu of forest land, mainly agriculture, producing rice and sweet potato. Forestry has fir, pine, bamboo and so on. There are 7 Castanopsis kawakamii, 2 Taxus chinensis var. mairei, 1 Cryptomeria fortunei and 1 Phoebe in the village. The ancient building has a hall and a palace. It was founded in 1941.
