The traffic of Shennongjia forest area is mainly by highway, 209 national highway and many provincial highways run through the territory. Buses from Fangxian, Xiangfan, Yichang and Wuhan all enter Shennongjia. There are shuttle buses from Muyu town and Songbai town to Yichang and Wuhan. The shuttle buses from Muyu town and Songbai town before 7:30 a.m. will pass through the scenic spots.
