Haiyue Kaijin is the most luxurious building in all the pavilions of Yuanmingyuan. It is built in the West Lake of Changchun Garden in Yuanmingyuan. The platform is round, with a diameter of nearly 100 meters. It has two floors and is surrounded by white marble.

When Yuanmingyuan was robbed in 1860, Haiyue Kaijin was not burned in the lake. It was destroyed in the war in 1900. The existing yuekaijin site has been renovated and built in Qing Dynasty, slightly restoring the old view

Yuanmingyuan is the most luxurious of all the pavilions.

Haiyue Kaijin is built in the West Lake of Changchun Garden in Yuanmingyuan. The platform base is round, with a diameter of nearly 100 meters. It has two floors, and is surrounded by white marble. The main building is a three story pavilion with four pavilions. The lower floor is Haiyue Kaijin, with the South eaves inscribed with the words "qingyaoyu"; the middle floor is Dejin Pavilion, with the words "Tianxin shuiwai"; the top floor is inscribed with the words "chengliulong"; each side of the platform has a archway. The side hall, archway, Square Pavilion and circular gallery are symmetrically arranged on the outside, which is a magnificent and dignified architectural landscape.

(Note: the picture shows the round stone foundation of the Kaijin site in Haiyue, which has been repaired in the Qing Dynasty, slightly restoring the old view.)
