Buddhist Scripture tube in Dafo Temple

The tube is made of pure copper and gilded. On the top of the tube wall, four Bodhisattvas, Manjusri, Puxian, Guanyin and dizang, are carved in relief seal. On the lower end, eight treasures of Buddhism are carved. There are also 1.24 million sutras and many kinds of Buddhist treasures, up to 16 tons. If you want to turn such a huge Sutra tube, you need four strong men to work hard at the same time. Every turn is equivalent to reciting 1.24 million Buddha names. After three weeks, you can eliminate disasters and pray for good luck.
