Hope Park

Hope Park was built in September 1992, with a total area of 9.8 hectares. It is located in the south of Xingshi village and the center of Xihuang village, Badachu, Shijingshan District. It is the first 100 mu Park in Shijingshan District, which is convenient for residents to rest and play nearby in the apple garden area of West Beijing.

Architectural pattern

Hope park is located in Xihuang village, Shijingshan District, with a total area of 9.8 hectares, a construction area of 10000 square meters, a water surface of 17000 square meters, and more than 40000 plants. The architecture in the park adopts the European style and has a novel and unique style. The slightly undulating terrain in the park, with the water surface of a Honglian lake and two lakes, the reflection of the arch bridge and the hanging willows, makes the scenery pleasant. In the park, "Lianxin Lake", "cruise ship", "animal world", "water world", "water food city", "open-air dance hall", "Beijing National Fitness Project" and other catering and entertainment projects are available. It can be used for summer vacation, fishing, water skiing and water playing. The green environment of the park is composed of rocks, plants, water surface and buildings. It will be built into a light, bright and natural modern garden park with various flowers and trees.

Historical evolution

Hope park is a non-public welfare park. It is a village park invested and constructed by Badachu village run enterprise Badachu agriculture, industry and Commerce Corporation in 1993 to settle the employment of labor force. It is mainly to settle the rural surplus labor force. Due to years of losses, the park was closed in 2002. After the one-time transfer of agriculture to residence in Shijingshan District, the park was leased to Beijing jingmosiyuan catering Co., Ltd. and Beijing Xinshiyuan resort Co., Ltd. in 2004. Badachu agriculture, industry and Commerce Corporation signed an agreement with Beijing Xinshiyuan resort Co., Ltd. on October 16, 2015 to take back hope Park and East villa area. After taking back the park, the company carries out garbage and weed cleaning every spring, autumn and winter.

Under the leadership of the district government and the collective assets supervision office, Beijing Badachu agriculture, industry and Commerce Corporation has completed the reform of the collective economic system in July 2016, transforming from the original collective ownership to the joint-stock cooperative enterprise, with a total of about 600 shareholders. For the sake of the stable, sustainable and smooth development of the enterprise and the interests of all shareholders, the company is currently applying for project approval and striving for other projects to settle the employment of the company's personnel. The problem of stinky puddles in the park is mainly caused by Deng Huaiqing, the former manager of the company, who has lived here since 2004 and raised fish in the park lake area. The company has filled the stinky water pit and covered it with dust net before October 2019.

Current situation of reconstruction

According to the reply of Beijing Municipal People's Government on the construction land of "hope Park" of Beijing Badachu agriculture, industry and Commerce Corporation (jingzhengdi No. 101), Badachu Junsheng investment management company is the land property unit of hope park. Badachu Junsheng investment management company has invested in the construction of the park with its own funds in accordance with the requirements of the reply to the construction land of "hope Park" of Beijing Badachu agriculture, industry and Commerce Corporation (jingzhengdi No. 101). Through the communication between our bureau and Badachu Junsheng investment management company, the company is studying the utilization scheme of the plot. At present, we hope that the park reconstruction and upgrading project does not have the implementation conditions.
