Xiamen Huandao Road connects many scenic spots, including Hulishan fort, Shangli reservoir, "one country, two systems, unified China" placard, International Convention and Exhibition Center, temples, ancient trees, strange stones, sculptures and three coastal squares.

Along the line, there are also facilities such as yefengzhai, wanyuepo, shuxingyuan, haiyuntai, etc., which form a colorful and rich coastal tourism belt, forming an east coast leisure area composed of blue sky, sea, sunshine, sand beach, grassland, green trees, flowers and red sidewalks. On the lawn of Huandao East Road, there are 97 vivid bronze statues of marathon runners. They have different postures, either standing or running. The statue extends 2 kilometers to the International Convention and Exhibition Center. On the road around the island, the coastline is zigzag and undulating, and the sea view is pleasant. There are many islands such as Dadan, Erdan, Penang Island, xiaojinmen, and dajinmen. You can rent a bicycle with two or three seats along the island road. Cycling slowly has a special charm.
