The scenic spot is located in duole village, Haitian community, Shengjing street, Fuyuan County, about 10 kilometers away from the west of Fuyuan County. It consists of three palaces (flower palace, music palace and Xiaoyao Palace) and six gardens (fragrant garden, beautiful garden, secret garden, recreational garden, magic garden and ecological Garden). The foundation was laid in June 2016, with a total investment of about 2.2 billion yuan, which will be carried out in two phases. The first phase of Huagong scenic spot with a total investment of about 500 million yuan has been completed. The cave resource in this scenic spot is the only natural landscape discovered so far on the Yunnan Guizhou Plateau, which has four layers of caves and three Tianshengqiao. The total length of the cave is 6.8 km. The three open caves are 2500 meters long, with two entrances and 28 halls. The quantity and shape of stalactites in the cave are rare at home and abroad.
