Wuliangtai scenic spot is located in the hometown of Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu of Han Dynasty: the junction of Erlang village and Chongling village in Wudian Town, the North Bank of gunhe River in the South and Zaoyang City in the north. It is a national 3A scenic spot with a total area of 180000 square meters and a construction area of 60000 square meters. Wuliangtai was built in the Eastern Han Dynasty and flourished in the Ming Dynasty. Later generations built wuliangtai to commemorate the merits of Emperor Guangwu of the Han Dynasty, Liu Xiu. The hall has its own base and top, no beams and columns, brick and stone vault, cornices and walls. Its unique style and high cultural value made it one of the first batch of key cultural relics protection units in Hubei Province in 1956.

Baishuihuang village, the hometown of Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu of Han Dynasty, is close to wuliangtai scenic spot. Wuliangtai in the scenic spot is the spot where Liu xiuchong's tomb was founded.
