Xiaokeng village is located in Jiuhua mountain range, adjacent to Jiuhua Mountain in the East. In history, it was the only way for pilgrims to worship Jiuhua Mountain along Qiupu River, presenting the scene of "merchants like clouds, goods like rain, pilgrimage to dragon, incense like wind".

Li Bai, the great poet, once went to the building mountain three times, leaving behind a beautiful sentence: "autumn is like autumn, depression makes people know, visitors know that they can't cross, and they go to the East building.". Shanshan ancient temple is known as "first Shanshan temple, then Jiuhua Mountain". Longchi waterfall, primeval forest, chenkeng bamboo sea, baizhangya cloud, strange rocks and pine, blue sky and clear water and other natural scenery attract many literati. The Song Dynasty poet Wang Shipeng once wrote a poem titled "baizhangya xialongchi", leaving a poem "the west wind suddenly stands out from baizhangya, the Longchi is flying in the mountain stream, the whole scenery is green and uninhabited, whose girl is picking tea". Nowadays, the scattered villages, the quiet fields, the verdant mountains, the clear streams and the simple folk customs are still full of pastoral sentiment, which brings people a feeling of relaxed and happy. According to the principle of reasonable layout, Xiaokeng village has built a rural recreation experience area and developed recreational and convalescent tourism products. Xiaokeng mountain, with high fog and low daily average temperature in summer, is the best place for people to go for summer sightseeing, attracting many tourists from inside and outside the province to come for sightseeing and leisure
