The south central bridge is an important passage connecting the two banks of Fenhe River in the south of Taiyuan. It connects the South Central Street in the East and the South Central West Street in the west, with two-way eight lanes. The main line of the bridge is 2608m long, which is divided into three parts: East approach bridge, main bridge and west approach bridge. Among them, the main bridge has a total length of 300 meters, a main span of 180 meters, a standard width of 52.5 meters, and a maximum width of 71 meters; the west approach bridge is an elevated structure, connecting the main bridge in the East, and landing after crossing the new Jinci road in the West, with a total length of 1114.74 meters.
