Bishan Wetland Park is located in the south of Bishan County, close to Binan River, covering an area of 623 mu. The park has become the first National Wetland Park in Chongqing and a model of Wetland Park in Western China.

Urban Wetland Park is a unique type of park, which emphasizes ecological characteristics, highlights its ornamental value, popular science activities and cultural attributes. With Bayu culture as the background, the concept of "nature, culture and future" is poured into, and the sustainable development concept of "people-oriented, harmony between man and nature" is combined. The profound and rich historical and cultural connotation of Bishan is absorbed, and the overall framework of buildings, entertainment facilities and roads, water bodies and squares is integrated to form a perfect combination of mountains, water and forests of green ecological wetland tourist area and create a harmonious environment A simple, mysterious landscape painting with strong local characteristics and a poetic "spiritual home" park started in December 2010, and was completed and put into trial operation before the National Day in 2011. After the completion of the Guanyintang Wetland Park, there are 9 waterwheel diversion channels, pavilions, waterside pavilions and grass in Bishan County. After the completion of Guanyintang Wetland Park, it will become a highlight of urban wetland eco-tourism, providing another place for the general public to get close to nature, taste the original ecological natural landscape, and release their temperament.
