Chengbi Lake in Baise City, Guangxi Province, with graceful and beautiful scenery, is located seven miles northeast of Baise City, the old revolutionary base area. It is one of the first batch of provincial scenic spots announced by the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 1988. Chengbi lake is located 7 kilometers north of Baise City. It used to be an underground river. After the construction of a reservoir, it became a famous lake in Western Guangxi. Chengbi lake, with an area of 39 square kilometers, is a famous tourist attraction in Baise City. At present, the lake area is divided into nine scenic spots based on natural landscape, with a total of 27 main scenic spots, including the magical natural yamang cliff statue, peacock welcome forest, Songlin Island, maple Island, lover Island, Whale Island, fruit oasis, etc. The lake area and its surrounding scenery are beautiful, with exquisite islands, green woods, characteristic rocks and rock walls. Tourists can walk on the south side of the lake area or take a boat around the lake. (the scenery you can see by boat is quite varied, so it's worth it.) Nowadays, some activities such as Tulip Festival are often held in Chengbi Hunan scenic area.

It covers an area of 50 mu with a complete set of fitness facilities and a large number of ornamental flowers and trees. 2400 spotlights, landscape lights and floodlights are installed in the park, and more than 3800 large trees such as camphor tree, August osmanthus, Ginkgo biloba, Sapium sebiferum and duying are planted, with a shrub shape of 15000 square meters; 660000 shrubs such as Rhododendron, hongjimu and Huangyang in Phnom Penh are also planted in the park, with a lawn area of 120000 square meters.

The beautiful Chengbi Lake scenic spot is located seven kilometers north of Baise City. It is one of the first batch of provincial scenic spots announced by the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 1988. From September 1958 to September 1960, it was built by more than 70000 people of all ethnic groups in 12 counties, including Bailan, Tianyang, Tianlin, Longlin, Lingyun, Debao, Jingxi, Pingguo, Donglan, Fengshan, Bama, etc., through two years of hard work and wisdom.

Chengbi river used to be an underground river, undercurrent in the high mountains on the edge of Yunnan Guizhou Plateau, and suddenly rush out of lanjinling water source cave in Lingyun county. With a total length of 127 kilometers, a lake area of 39 square kilometers and a total reservoir capacity of 1.154 billion cubic meters, it is known as the "daughter of the sea" and a "bright pearl" in Western Guangxi.

In 1990, when Comrade Jiang Zemin visited Chengbi lake for the first time in Baise, he was happy to praise: "the scenery here is very good, it's wonderful!"

Chengbihu reservoir is a large-scale water conservancy project mainly for power generation and comprehensive utilization. The dam is a concrete core earth dam with a height of 70.4 meters, a length of 425 meters, a crest width of 6 meters and a bottom width of 465 meters. There are four generating units in Bahou power plant, with a total installed capacity of 26000 kW and an average annual generating capacity of 114 million KW.

Chengbi Lake (including cruise) 40 yuan / person, take bus No.7 from the city. About 10 yuan by taxi. You can take a boat in Chengbi Lake scenic area. The seat price of the boat varies from 6 to 12 yuan. If you pack a speedboat, it costs 200 yuan each time, and the journey is generally about 20 minutes.
