Cremation tombs in Daci Temple

It is located in the east of Daci Temple, shundang village, Baishi Township, Yunlong County, with a total area of 15000 square meters. There are nearly one thousand tombs of cremation tombs, two Sanskrit Scripture buildings, 71 intact Sanskrit steles and more than 20 remnant steles. Except for one tablet inscribed with Chinese characters in the second year of Chenghua (1466), the rest are Sanskrit scriptures. The scripture buildings are square shaped triple eaves with a round top. Shundang cremation tombs are the tombs of Bai nationality from the end of Yuan Dynasty to the middle of Ming Dynasty. They are the most complete cremation tombs in our province. It was announced as a cultural relic protection unit of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in 1988.
