Fuling temple is located in Lushan District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, next to national highway 206 at the foot of Wuyi Mountain, 13 kilometers away from the county seat.

It is a holy land for monks to practice. The temple was built in the Qing Dynasty. It was destroyed during the cultural revolution, and monks and nuns went out of the house. In 1981, with the approval of the government and the help of ten benefactors, the main hall, Liao room, Putong tower, etc. were newly built, making the temple take shape, with 12 permanent monks and nuns.
