Wangniuting park is located in the center of Fuyong street. In August 2010, the government invested more than 28 million yuan to improve the landscape and municipal facilities of the mountain.

Wangniuting used to be a forest belt full of lush trees. In 2005, the park was built in Fuyong street, with a total investment of about 28 million yuan. After the completion of the park, the landscape and municipal facilities of the mountain have been improved and enriched, and the main entrance and secondary entrance have been set up to facilitate people to climb nearby. There are two new climbing paths with a total length of 3000 meters, which are paved with marble plates, opening up the walk around the mountain in the park. People can walk from the foot of the mountain to the mountainside along the barrier free path. Along the road, there are many scenic spots such as Guolin Mingcui and Linhai Siyin. Stroll in the garden, the fragrance of flowers, the scenery all the way. Health trees and shrubs with volatile fresh flower smell are planted in the park, and the varieties of flowers and trees are more abundant. The mountain also added toilets, street lights, monitoring facilities, fence, garbage cans and other complete supporting facilities.

It's hard to let go of the fragrance of flowers, crowing, paths and waterfalls. Wangniuting park can not only directly benefit the people in the surrounding baishisha, Fuyong, Jufu, Huaide, Qiaotou and Xinhe communities, but also become another good place for the fitness and leisure of nearly 500000 people in the whole street.
