Former residence of Xiao Jingguang

Xiao Jingguang's former residence: located at No. 29, zhaozhougang, Changsha City, Hunan Province, in front of Yuelu Mountain, it is a West to East residence of late Qing Dynasty, covering an area of about 350 square meters.

There are three front rooms, two deep rooms and two hatchback rooms. There are 14 former residences, including main hall, back room, wing rooms on both sides and miscellaneous rooms. The door is carved with vermilion lacquer lattice fan, and the roof is decorated with blue tiles and double slopes. "Qian" is on the gate frame, Yuanheng and Lizhen are written on both sides, and "Fu" and "Lu" are on the South and north wing doors respectively. Before leaving Ping, after bamboo forest, East Xiangjiang embankment, West Tianma mountain mouth. On January 4, 1903, Xiao Jingguang was born in the north room of Tingwu, where he spent his childhood and youth as a student. Before liberation, the former residence was sold to the family of Fu, and then to the family of Liu. During the land reform, it was distributed to Hu Jinling and others. In 1989, it was announced as the original suburban cultural relics protection unit. Now it is a cultural relic protection unit in Yuelu District.
