Located at No.1 Zhonghua Road, Donghai County, adjacent to the beautiful xishuanghu lake, Donghai crystal museum is the largest, highest level and only thematic museum with crystal as the theme in China. It is the core hinterland of the new urban area. In January 2015, China Arts and Crafts Association awarded the honorary title of "China Crystal Museum". In July of the same year, it was listed as the East China Sea Branch of China Geological Museum. In December of the same year, it successfully declared the national AAAA tourist attraction.

architectural composition

The crystal Museum plans to use 52000 square meters of land with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The main construction content is a single comprehensive museum. The building structure is a frame structure. The underground floor has five floors above the ground. The first to third floors are crystal Museum exhibition hall, the fourth floor is history museum exhibition hall, and the fifth floor is office area. The total construction area is 27280 square meters. The crystal museum is divided into ten exhibition halls: the preface hall, the earth opening hall, the uncanny work hall, the magnificent hall, the colorful hall, the boutique hall, the history exhibition hall, the Czech crystal exhibition hall and the temporary exhibition hall. Each exhibition hall displays the characteristics, culture and connotation of crystal from different angles and aspects.

Development history

The East China Sea Crystal museum was officially opened to the public on September 28, 2013.

In January 2015, China Arts and Crafts Association awarded the honorary title of "China Crystal Museum".

In July 2015, it was listed as the East China Sea Branch of China Geological Museum

In December 2015, it was successfully declared as a national AAAA tourist attraction.
