Henan Baoquan Tourism Co., Ltd. was established on June 3, 2005, operating Henan Baoquan tourism resort. Xiaoxigou, Baoquan tourist resort in Henan Province, is located in Beibo Town, Huixian City, at the junction of three counties (Huixian, Xiuwu and Lingchuan) in two provinces (Henan and Shanxi).
