Kungang science and technology building is located at the south end of the central axis of Kunming City and plot 33 of Xichang Road. The south side of the base is Huancheng South Road, adjacent to Dianchi Road. Kungang science and technology building covers an area of 19998.6 square meters, equivalent to about 30 mu, with an elevation of 4.1. The building has three floors underground and 50 floors above ground. The underground 3 floors are mainly designed for parking, while the podium 1-5 floors are ancillary facilities of five-star hotel, including catering, banquet, conference, KTV, sauna, swimming, etc. Among them, the catering and entertainment space is relatively large and independent.
