Daiqintala Wujiaofeng nature reserve is located in the south of Daxinganling and the northernmost edge of Horqin sandy land. It is a nature reserve with a total area of 61641.3 hectares, mainly aimed at protecting the sparse forest system of Acer truncatum and elm and the habitat of rare birds.

Introduction

In summer and autumn every year, Wujiaofeng nature reserve is one of the most representative areas of Horqin grassland. There are rich ecological types, including sparse forest, grassland and wetland. It is a primitive, diverse and complex ecosystem.

National Highway 111 passes through the reserve with convenient transportation and beautiful environment. There are 10 lakes, including tushiyetuwangfu site and Wangfu park. The reserve is rich in wildlife resources.

Every year after the autumn frost, the maple leaf is famous for its gorgeous colors. Every autumn, it becomes the focus of attention of friends and photographers. From a distance, you can see the maple forest all over the mountains and all over the sky. The maple leaves are colorful, sunset, and the sky is full of red clouds. From a close view, the maple leaves are different in shape, color, and density. If you look carefully, the maple leaves on the treetops swept by the autumn wind are like colorful butterflies dancing, charming, enchanting and graceful. In the world of fairy tales, the dreamlike artistic conception is really "people walking in the woods, just like painting".

When you talk about maple trees, you may think of Xiangshan red leaves in Beijing. Who would have thought that there would be a magical maple forest on the Horqin grassland, which is thousands of miles away. It can make people appreciate the romance of "wild geese crowing in the sky of red leaves and people intoxicating with huanghuadi".

Wujiaofenglin has a beautiful history. Because the Horqin Right Wing central banner was once the League place of the ten Horqin banners in the Qing Dynasty, and had a special military and political status, the princess of the Qing Dynasty married here. So some people guess that after the princess who grew up in the Imperial Palace married to Horqin, facing the vast grassland, Shuofeng and horses, she inevitably missed the hometown. Maybe some kind servant sowed the seeds of the capital tree here, so the maple tree took root in Horqin grassland. However, due to the differences in climate and soil quality between the two places, resulting in species variation, so the maples on the grassland are different from those in the capital, so the five pointed Maple has become the sustenance of nostalgia.

Daiqintara grassland is high in the East and low in the West. It is close to the mountain and faces the water. It is wide and flat. Many brick chamber tombs of Liao Dynasty have been found here. King tusiyetu's residence, which is built after the layout of Beijing Forbidden City, is located here. Therefore, some people speculate that this is "the land of Lingjie, a strange tree", so this strange Maple grew. Speculation, speculation or not, all endow the maple with infinite charm, making the maple forest shrouded in the magic and mysterious aura more able to arouse people's infinite reverie and reluctant love.
