Heihe tobacco forest scenic spot is located near Pingchuan Town, Linze County, 25 kilometers away from the county seat. Linping highway and Zhangluo highway are close to the scenic spot. It is a scenic spot based on Heihe River, the second largest inland river in China, and is now a national water conservancy scenic spot.

There are many kinds of trees in the scenic area, such as red willow, river willow, Elaeagnus angustifolia, cypress poplar and so on.
