Bizhi ancient pagoda is located at the foot of Chahua mountain in the east suburb of Chaling County. It is named because it looks like a pen and faces the east gate of Chaling ancient city across the river. In 1803, Gao Shigui, the then governor of Chaling, asked the people to donate it. It is made of granite of different sizes. It has six sides and seven floors. It is 24.5 meters high and covers an area of 57.18 square meters.
