In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the second plenary session of the provincial Party committee, the provincial and municipal political and legal work conference and the provincial meeting of directors of public security bureaus, further improve the work level of public security organs in serving the people's livelihood, and better serve the city's economic development, according to the deployment requirements of the provincial public security department and the political and Legal Committee of the municipal Party committee, and in combination with the actual public security work of our city, the Municipal Bureau has decided to undertake eight practical things to the public in 2012 . In order to ensure the fulfillment of the promise, the specific contents of the eight facts are hereby notified as follows:

1、 The concrete contents of the eight facts

（1） Provide transport services close to the masses. Four traffic management self-service machines will be installed in the more prosperous areas of Nanyang City, providing self-service service for traffic management, and providing people with driver's license supplement and traffic violation inquiry services. On the basis of motor vehicle registration services provided by Nanyang Hengkang 4S shop, Shun'an testing line, public security testing line and Wanyun testing line, 1-3 service stations will be set up in Nanyang administrative service center, BYD 4S shop and Nanyang Oilfield to carry out small vehicle registration and driver's license replacement business with less than 9 seats. In 11 counties and cities, Wancheng branch, Wolong branch and Guanzhuang work district police station, we will delegate the business of driver's license replacement and submission of physical condition certificate. At the same time, by the end of the year, we will decentralize the listing business of small cars in the city to facilitate the masses to handle the business of vehicle driving management.

（2） To provide convenient and efficient household management services. If the procedures are complete, they must go through them on the spot; if the procedures are incomplete, they should explain clearly to the masses and issue them with instructions and contact cards, so that the masses can do it twice. The matters that the masses handle the change and correction of household registration shall be handled once if they meet the requirements; the matters that need to be investigated and verified and reported to the county-level public security organ for approval shall be handled within 20 working days; the complicated and difficult matters that need to be reported to the municipal public Security Bureau for approval shall be handled within 30 working days.

（3） Open the service of inquiring the entry and exit records. Chinese citizens (including those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) can submit a written application to the entry-exit administration office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau with their valid certificates or ID cards to inquire about their entry-exit records within five years. The entry-exit administration department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau will provide the inquiry results service free of charge in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on public security organs' inquiry of entry-exit records.

（4） Provide better fire service. The "one window acceptance" and "one-stop service" measures for the convenience of the people for the fire administrative license shall be fully implemented, and the system of one-time notification, time limited completion and first inquiry responsibility shall be strictly implemented. Carry out technical services, send technical service teams to key projects and units with major hidden dangers to help and guide on site. The "96119" hotline for reporting and complaining has been fully opened to accept reports and complaints from the public about fire hazards. Make full use of information technology, through SMS platform, fire official microblog and fire service QQ group, timely provide public police information and convenient service information to the masses.

（5） Provide traffic information services for the masses.
