German windmill

In the 1980s and 1990s, jimingdao village was the only village in Rongcheng City without running water, electricity and communication. In 2004, the composite submarine cable with a total investment of more than 4 million yuan was laid on the island from Wangjia village on the other side. Previously, the island's power mainly came from the wind turbine assisted by Germany in 1996, which stood on the top of the mountain. That row of windmills turning with the wind, now has become a beautiful landscape.
