Wuxing Street Church

Wuxing Street Church is the main church and Bishop's office of the Catholic Diocese of Xi'an, also known as the Catholic South Church of Xi'an, and its full name is St. Francis's Cathedral. It was built in 1716, the 54th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty. It has been renovated twice, both of which are made of modern technology and materials. The typical Roman architectural style of the church is very consistent with the mainstream style of Catholic architecture. The interior pattern is beautiful, and the lighting in the lobby can feel solemn, majestic and respectable when it comes to holy and social festivals.
