Qinglan Bridge

Qinglan bridge is a cross sea passage connecting Qinglan town and Dongjiao town in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, China. It is located above Qinglan Bay and is a fast tourism passage connecting Haikou and the east coast.

The construction of Qinglan bridge started on March 8, 2010;

The main bridge closure project was completed on September 25, 2012;

Qinglan bridge was opened to traffic on December 18, 2012.

Qinglan bridge starts from binwan road in the west, crosses Qinglan Bay in the upper, and ends at Dongjiao town in the East. The total length of the line is 1828 meters, and the main bridge is 548.4 meters long. The bridge deck is a two-way six lane urban expressway with a design speed of 80 km / h.

Construction process

On August 9, 2009, the foundation laying ceremony of Qinglan bridge was held.

On March 8, 2010, the construction of Qinglan bridge started.

On September 25, 2012, the closure project of Qinglan bridge was completed;

On November 4, Qinglan bridge entered the closing stage;

On December 18, Qinglan bridge was put into operation.

Bridge location

Qinglan bridge is located in the southeast corner of Wenchang City, connecting Qinglan town and Dongjiao town along the east-west direction. The bridge starts from binwan road in the west, crosses Qinglan Bay and ends at Dongjiao town in the East. It passes through Hangtian Avenue, Wenqing Avenue and wenqiong Expressway in the west, and Donghang road in Wenchang City in the East.

Qinglan bridge is composed of main bridge on water, east-west approach bridge, two pylons and its approach ramp. The main bridge section is arranged from due west to due east.

Qinglan bridge is 1828m in length, 548.4m in length. The main bridge adopts (124 + 300 + 124) m span layout, 34 m in width, 2.560-4.988m in beam height, and 29 m in center spacing between two box steel longitudinal beams. The total height of the cable tower is 105.81m, of which the upper tower is 85.97m high and the lower tower is 19.84m high; the slope of the middle tower to the inner and outer sides of the bridge is 1 / 4.5633, the slope of the outer side of the lower tower is 1 / 3.8183, and the slope of the inner side is 1 / 2.9003; the height above the bridge deck is 79.13m, the height span ratio is 0.264, and the center distance between the left and right tower columns at the bottom is 29.078m. Each tower of the main bridge is equipped with 12 pairs of stay cables and limiting devices, a total of 48 pairs of stay cables. The maximum length of a single stay cable in the middle span is 162.719 meters, and the weight is 14.67 tons. The maximum length of a single stay cable in the side span is 142.884 meters, and the weight is 12.865 tons. The steel wire of the stay cable is 7 mm galvanized high strength and low relaxation steel wire, with the standard tensile strength of 1670 kPa and the elastic modulus of 1.96x10 ^ 5 kPa.

On December 19, 1993, the government of Hainan Province issued the administrative measures for the collection of fuel surcharges of motor vehicles in Hainan Special Economic Zone, which stipulates that from January 1, 1994, the "four fees" of road maintenance fee, road transportation management fee, road toll and Bridge toll will be unified, and the fuel surcharges of motor vehicles will be collected, and all road toll stations will be cancelled. Therefore, the Qinglan bridge will not implement the toll system The whole bridge is free of charge.

 

Construction achievements

Technical problems

In the manufacturing process of Qinglan bridge steel beam, the following problems are encountered:

1. The thickness of the top plate of the steel main beam is 20 mm, the thickness of the web plate is 28 mm, and the thickness of the bottom plate is 32 to 60 mm. Penetration welding is adopted between the top plate and the web plate. The welding quality is required to be high, the welding operation is difficult, the welding deformation is large, and the assembly size is difficult to control. 2. The main girder anchor box and the main girder web are welded by penetration welding, so the operation space is small and difficult, the welding deformation is not easy to solute, and the space geometric position of the anchor box is difficult to guarantee. 3. The steel anchor beam and steel corbel are all made of thick steel plate, and the main welding seam requires penetration, so the welding is difficult and the welding deformation is large. 4. The main beam, cross beam and small longitudinal beam are all connected by high-strength bolts, the connection relationship is complex, and the drilling accuracy is very high. 5. The beam is 700mm wide and 29000mm long, so it is difficult to control the camber and side bending of slender steel parts. 6. Qinglan bridge is required to be hoisted in whole section with large outline size, which makes hoisting and transportation difficult.

 

Cultural characteristics

Food District

In October 2017, according to the planning idea of "one corridor, four districts and multi theme nodes", Wenchang City will build four food areas through the "two bridges and one road" traffic corridor to create different types of multi theme food. Among them, "two bridges and one road" includes Qinglan bridge.

 

Qiaotou Park

As of March 2015, the people's Government of Hainan Province has constructed the bridgehead on the west side of Qinglan bridge to enrich the surrounding landscape of Qinglan bridge.

 

Value significance
