Countless rare animals and rare plants all over the mountains and fields have been living on this treasure island for generations. It is a typical representative of plant community in middle subtropical zone. Especially in today's world, endangered species grow a large number of populations here. There are 25 species, such as Taxus chinensis var. mairei, Campanula calyx, Xiangguo, Liriodendron chinense, and yew stem. Liriodendron Anping is known as the largest Liriodendron chinense in China. There are more than 160 kinds of wild animals and 36 kinds of mammals in the forest park. 17 kinds of wild animals are newly discovered in Hubei Province, 7 more than Zhangjiajie.
