Longju waterfall tourist area is located in yuhuangtuo scenic spot, 45 kilometers west of Baoding. Yuhuangtuo scenic spot is composed of Baicao Valley, Longju ecological Valley and Baisha gorge, forming many characteristic scenic spots, such as Longju waterfall group and Baicao health valley.

Introduction to scenic spots

The total length of Longju waterfall is 2.7 km, which is divided into nine waterfalls. The waterfall flies straight down and is majestic. The highest waterfall falls 43 meters. Nine waterfalls with different wonders are flying down, creating such spectacular sceneries as the 100 million year old bluestone basin and giant Buddha fossils. Baicao Valley is deep and dangerous with luxuriant vegetation. It is full of Chinese herbal medicine, fruit trees, gurgling water, refreshing and pleasant. It is a good place to cool off. The "big platform" is a platform in the mountains, with an altitude of 700 meters, far higher than the surrounding mountains. The underground water is very abundant. Abundant water resources make the ancient wells of the big platform endless all year round. The big platform is full of green, green pines and cypresses. The green trees and fragrant flowers have raised nearly 100 kinds of birds. There are also dozens of small animals such as rabbits, foxes, weasels and squirrels in forests and caves. The large platform has limestone, granite, gneiss and other rock mass, giving birth to different geomorphic characteristics, forming many natural landscapes such as jiangjunshi, Nantianmen, Pubugou, Shipen, qianchiya and so on. The most unique is the natural formation of the nine waterfalls, nine waterfalls, nine cultures, nine effects, nine different moods, which can have a unique landscape in the north. During the rainy season, the mountain waterfall presents a beautiful scene of "flying down 3000 feet".
