Yiwu International Expo Center consists of exhibition hall and supporting five-star hotel, with a total land area of 219 mu, a total construction area of 296000 square meters and a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan. Among them, the main exhibition hall has a total construction area of more than 240000 square meters, which can provide 5300 international standard booths; the matched five-star hotel project has a total construction area of 55593 square meters, which can provide 337 rooms (sets). The project is fully invested and constructed by Zhejiang China Commodity City Group Co., Ltd.

The main body of the exhibition hall has two floors above ground, with a total of 10 standard exhibition halls, one of which can be used as a banquet hall, and four small exhibition halls and parking lots are set on the ground floor. The exhibition hall has complete service facilities. It is equipped with a large press release hall that can accommodate 300-500 people, a large multi-function hall that can accommodate 3500-4000 people to hold meetings or 400 tables at the same time, a fast-food restaurant that can accommodate 2000 people to eat at the same time, and nearly 20 large, medium and small conference rooms, parking lots that can park more than 700 cars at the same time, as well as bars, cafes, canteens, postal, transportation and people's shops Air service point. The exhibition hall consists of five two-story rectangular exhibition halls, which are fan-shaped and arranged around the central square, with a 23.3-meter-high Prelude hall in the middle.
