These 14000 Mu terraced fields belong to four townships and 21 village committees, which are granaries for more than 40000 people. Terraced fields present different sceneries throughout the year. Spring is a green world, and autumn is a golden rice mountain. In winter, terraced fields are like mirrors inlaid with valleys, like colorful exercises, straight up to the sky, watching the sea of clouds and sunrise as early as possible, and even more beautiful as fairyland. The agricultural ecosystem composed of forest, village, terrace and water system and the harmonious social system of all ethnic groups are displayed here. Longjia village is located in the southeast of Baohua township government, 1.7 km away from the residence of the township government. Longjia village was originally named Longxiang, which means jade dragon takes off. Later, it is called Longjia. In Hani Language, it is called Chudu, which means the place where rainbow appears. It is the former residence and office of the last chieftain of Luobi. Longjia village is a pure Hani village, with 105 households and 435 people. The whole village has 654 mu of arable land. Longjia village is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with its back against the high Luokeng mountain. At the foot of the village is the magnificent and magical ten thousand mu terraces of samaba. The village is surrounded by green forests, and clear spring water flows through the village. The village building is a typical Hani building, with neat appearance and simple folk customs. In 2003, it was listed as a well-off construction demonstration village by the county government; in 2005, it was listed as a national cultural tourism ecological village by the Propaganda Department of the State Party committee and the state civilization office. On the mountain behind the village, there is a quiet and beautiful farmhouse garden like a paradise. There are paddy fields, vegetable fields, various fruit trees and wild vegetables, and mountain springs I'm tired of playing. It's a good choice to come here and enjoy the delicious farm food.
