Changxi Village

Every late autumn, more than 200 maple trees growing for hundreds of years in front of and behind the village will be red. The tall red maple trees and the white wall and black tile horse head wall are set off as one, forming a unique red maple forest landscape. It has attracted countless photographers to take pictures of autumn. Due to the inconvenience of transportation, the Hui style buildings here are still well preserved. The village has the typical characteristics of Hui style buildings, which is Changxi village. Changxi village is a very remote village. Taking the village as the center, no matter which direction you go, you can hardly see the crowd.

Changxi Village

Changxi village is located in the south of Pingshan Town, Shicheng County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, on the East Bank of Qinjiang River. The village is located in Changxi, 3km away from pingshanwei.

brief introduction

In 945, Lai Tao moved here from guantoupi, a village nearby. The original river side Sheng Chang solid heart bamboo, known as solid bamboo dam. After the temple was built, it was renamed Changxi because the village was near the Qinjiang River. It connects shigu camel in Hedong Village in the East, Hengtian village playground in the south, Qinjiang River in the West and Laowu village in Shanxia village in the north. In 2003, there were 21 village groups, 867 households and 3245 people. The total area of cultivated land is 1983.5 mu, and the total area of mountainous area is more than 3600 mu. It belonged to Pingshan Township in the late Republic of China, Changxi Township in Pingshan District in the early Republic of China, Changxi brigade in Pingshan commune in 1958, Hengtian commune in 1961 and Pingshan commune in 1965. In 1961, Shangcun group was set up separately. In 1964, Shangcun group was merged again. In 1984, it was changed into Changxi village.

Traffic information: when you drive to Changxi, you should get off the Fuchun town highway of Jingwu Huanghua expressway, go north through Fuchun Town, and then turn to the county road of Qinghua town. Soon you will notice that there is a sign to Changxi on the left side of the road. Just follow the car and get in. There is a 12km mountain road from the entrance to Changxi village, which is relatively rough and has many turns. Pay attention to the whistle and slow traffic. You can reach Changxi village in about 20 minutes
