Fuchun River is the middle reaches of Qiantang River. The upstream Xin'an River originates in Huangshan, Anhui Province, flows through Chun'an County to Jiande County, flows eastward through Tonglu to Fuyang, which is called Fuchun River, and then eastward to wenjiayan in Xiaoshan County, which is called Qiantang River. Fuchunjiang Xinanjiang Qiandao Lake scenic spot is located in the area from Chun'an to Fuyang. It is an important scenic spot in Zhejiang Province. In 1982, Fuchun River, as an important part of Fuchun River Xin'anjiang scenic spot, was approved by the State Council to be listed in the first batch of national scenic spots.
