Marble Museum

Marble handicraft is one of the important handicraft in Yunnan. There are many kinds of it, such as screen, bonsai, tea tray, landscape, flowers and birds, characters, animals, tables and chairs, tea table, vase and so on. The 2-meter-long flower screen displayed in the Yunnan Hall of the Great Hall of the people in Beijing, and the carved screens displayed in the Dali Museum, such as "the Grand View of canger" and "the birth of the monkey king", are natural pictures made of marble. It is a natural representation of Yunnan's "Cangshan sea of clouds", "yincang Yuer", "Fenghua XueYue" and other exotic paintings. It is a rare treasure produced in Dali.
