Shayang paradise

Shayang paradise is located in the South East of Chengguan water in Shaxian County, Fujian Province, across the river from the government square. National Highway 205 passes by the gate of the paradise. Shayang park is an urban park built by the Party committee and government of Shaxian County in the mid-1990s. It covers an area of 1212 Mu and is planned and designed by experts from Beijing Institute of architecture and technology and other relevant colleges and universities.

Introduction to paradise

Shayang park is a European style park, symmetrical and transparent, grand and elegant, with mountains, forests, water, flowers, grass, sculpture, music and fountains in one furnace. It is different from the winding paths, waterside pavilions, rockery and leaky windows of Chinese classical gardens. Standing in the square, the broad lawn and clean passage are dotted with more than 100 kinds of tropical and subtropical rare flowers and trees, such as Washington palm, cattail, Magua, etc. The music program-controlled fountain set in the center of the square, the national level 2 open-air song and dance TV station covering an area of more than 3000 square meters, and more than 200 square pigeons in the park add European style to the scenery, making tourists have a higher vision and wider mind. The park square is also the hub connecting the whole park scenic area. From the right side (North) of the square, the scenic spots are entertainment area, Phoenix Mountain Forest Park, forest bathing beach, Lake Island, leisure villa, fishing barbecue area, Youth Palace and other scenic spots.

By the end of 2005, Phoenix theme park, historical and cultural corridor, Folk Museum, shopping street, five-star Holiday Hotel and other projects had been completed and put into use.

Functional zoning

The park is divided into more than 10 functional areas, which is a comprehensive amusement park integrating fitness, entertainment, leisure and sports. On December 8, 1997, at the opening of China Shaxian snack culture festival, Shayang paradise was officially opened to tourists.
