Yingairike reservoir

Yingairike reservoir is located in the depression of alluvial fan margin 18 km away from Hotan City, belonging to plain reservoir. The storage capacity is 42.25 million cubic meters, the regulation capacity is 25 million cubic meters, and the average water depth is 6.5 meters. On the west side of the reservoir is the sand dune of Yinger elike, which forms the golden beach swimming area and sand therapy, desert camel swimming, sand skiing and other recreation areas; on both sides of the water outlet on the north bank are fish ponds and gardens. The reservoir is located in the depression at the edge of alluvial fan. The surrounding environment of the reservoir is beautiful and surrounded by oasis. The yingelike desert area on the West Bank of the reservoir has a panoramic view of the sea tide in the desert. It is also an observation site for studying the early formation of the desert. The reservoir at the foot of the desert is rippling with blue waves, connected by water and sky, and whirling willows. It is an entertainment place for summer leisure, swimming, fishing, sand therapy and agricultural eco-tourism.
