Miyang Wenchang Palace

Mayang Wenchang palace is located in the north of Maitreya county government, sitting in the north to the south. Mayang Wenchang palace was built in 1623, which was the school of Maitreya Prefecture. Today Wenchang palace was rebuilt in 1889, covering an area of 214 square meters, with wooden structure. The Wenchang palace in Miyang is a triple eaves structure, which is 17.4 meters wide and 12.3 meters deep. It is built on a 1.9 meter high platform, with seven steps in the middle, and more than 80 square meters of Tianzi platform in front of it. The whole building is grand, magnificent and exquisite.
