The former site of Yunbo shopping mall in Wuma street is No.13 Wuma street in Lucheng. It was built in 1927 by industrialist Xu Shuyu and architect Zhou Chengfa after visiting major companies in Shanghai, with a construction area of 3700 square meters. It is a reinforced concrete structure with three or four floors as the main body and five floors locally. The plane layout makes full use of the street surface, which is a typical shopping mall building in Wenzhou before the founding of the people's Republic of China.
