Jixiang Temple (Jixiang temple, kichijoji) is the domain name of Jixiang Temple Station in Musashino City, Tokyo. Around the station is the commercial area of Tokyo. history

At first, it was a temple of caodongzong in Japan. It is located in Jijiji temple town, Kyoho, Tokyo. During the reign of emperor Changlu (1457-1460), when Taitian Daoguan built the city of Edo, it got the bronze seal of "auspicious zengshang" and so on. It was considered to be a auspicious omen, so Jixiang nunnery was built in Hetian Cangmen. Later, in 1590, when Tokugawa Jiakang entered the city, he moved to Kanda. In the third year of the Ming Dynasty (1657), it was destroyed by fire, so it was moved to the present site. There are sandalwood forests in the temple.

Note: the "auspicious Temple" as the Japanese call it now is not a temple, but a shopping mecca in Tokyo.
