Langguan lane, one of the three lanes and seven lanes, is located in the south of Yangqiao lane, on the east side of nanhou street, and the east end of the lane leads to the east corner of bay17 North Road in downtown Fuzhou. Langguan lane was also a port in Song Dynasty. Because Liu Tao lived here in Song Dynasty, his descendants have been Langguan for many generations, so it was named. Yan Fu's former residence is also located in the alley. There is a memorial archway at the west end of Langguan lane. There is a couplet on the pillar of the archway: "the translation is brilliant, today it is still passed on to Yan Fu's house; the gate is prosperous, and later generations trace back to Liu Tao's house."
