Hengjin reservoir is a large (second) type reservoir mainly for irrigation and flood control, as well as comprehensive utilization of power generation, water supply and fish culture. The controlled drainage area is 378 square kilometers, with a total storage capacity of 274 million cubic meters. The annual rainfall is 1282.4 mm, accounting for 86% of the annual rainfall in the same period. The completed power generation is 1.97 million kilowatt hours, including 17.2 million kilowatt hours generated by the first stage power station and 2.77 million kilowatt hours generated by the second stage power station, with a power generation income of 7.93 million yuan. In the whole year, 26 million cubic meters of safe water supply is provided to Dongyang City and 33.8 million cubic meters of water supply is provided to Yiwu City. The income from water supply is 6.39 million yuan, and the total annual economic income is 14.32 million yuan. Irrigation water discharge is 29.99 million cubic meters. At the end of the year, there were 149 employees. By the end of the year, the safe operation days of the first stage power station and the second stage power station were 8343 and 10857 respectively. In 2009, it won the titles of "over one million tax paying enterprises", "government special award" and "Jinhua civilized unit" in Dongyang City.

Hengjin reservoir is located in the upper reaches of Dongyang River in Qiantang River Basin, 28 kilometers away from Dongyang City. The area of rainwater collection above the dam site is 378 square kilometers, the total reservoir capacity is 274 million cubic meters, and the normal reservoir capacity is 170 million cubic meters. It is a large (II) type reservoir mainly for irrigation and flood control, combined with comprehensive utilization of power generation and fish culture. It irrigates 102000 mu of farmland, and benefits from flood control for 3 years. The power station has an installed capacity of 2 * 3000 kW, with an average annual power generation of 20.2 million kwh for many years.

structure

The reservoir complex is composed of dam, spillway, water conveyance tunnel, emptying tunnel and hydropower station. The dam is a sand shell dam with thin clay core, with a height of 57.5 meters and a length of 300 meters. The spillway is located at shan'ao on the left bank, with a maximum discharge of 4564 cubic meters per second. The extraordinary spillway will be used when the flood exceeds the 100 year return period. The water conveyance tunnel is located at the head of the left dam, with two adits at the outlet. Two 3000 kW units and one 500 kW flood control standby unit will be installed at the outlet of the power generation adit, and the other with a discharge capacity of 25 kW The maximum discharge of the tunnel is 123.6 cubic meters per second. In the reservoir irrigation area, there is one main channel, 6.66 km long, and two main channels: the south main channel is 37.66 km long, and the north main channel is 34.6 km long.

》To improve the ability of the reservoir to deal with water quality crisis and reduce the damage caused by algae outbreak. Do a good job in daily publicity, water quality monitoring and routine inspection, and timely educate and stop the uncivilized behaviors of polluting water sources. At the same time, clean-up and floating operations were carried out, water resources management was strengthened, and cadres and workers were organized to salvage floating objects and aquatic plants on the water surface for many times. In June, we worked out a plan to clear the water and grass in the tailrace basin. We fished in turn from 4:30 to 8:00 in the morning and worked for 6 consecutive days. In August, the floating debris on the reservoir surface caused by Typhoon Morakot No.8 was removed in time to ensure the quality of drinking water.

Water resources trading

For the first cross regional water right transaction in China, the sweet spring of Hengjin reservoir in Dongyang flows into the urban area of Yiwu through a 35 kilometer long water diversion pipeline, allowing Yiwu citizens to drink the high-quality water from Hengjin reservoir.

Scale of Water Diversion Project

The water diversion project of Hengjin reservoir has a total length of 35.478km, including 30.521km water conveyance tunnel and 4.957km pipeline. The main buildings include water intake, water conveyance tunnel, water conveyance pipeline and Qingkou regulating pond in Jiangdong, with a total investment of 279 million yuan. The project started successively from March to September 2002. With the joint efforts of construction, design, construction and supervision, the tunnel excavation was completed on January 18, 2004, and the whole project was completed on December 30, 2004, and passed the quality and safety appraisal. After the completion of water supply, it can supply 50 million cubic meters of water to Yiwu city every year.
