Nanxi park is located in Nanxi mountain, south of Guilin city. It is 4km away from the city center, with a total area of 18 hectares, including 7.75 hectares of stone mountain, 8.45 hectares of flat land and 1.8 hectares of water surface.

Development history

Nanxi Park Management Office was established in 1974, which has jurisdiction over Nanxi mountain, Nanxi River and garden garden. Nanxi is juxtaposed with the West peaks of Shandong, and the stream flows slowly at the foot of the north mountain. It has been more than a thousand years since the development of Li Bo in Tang Dynasty. There are many caves, many new pavilions and pavilions, small bridges, flowing water, lush trees and quiet environment. It is a recreational resort in the south of the city. The gate of Nanxi Park was built in 1974. It is a reinforced concrete structure with three openings, yellow walls and tiles, and an antique archway style building. The main scenic spots include Nanxi mountain and Longquan stalactite palace.
