It is located on the ancient post road from Guiyang to Huishui, half a mile north of Qingyan city. It was built in June of the 19th year of Daoguang (1839) of the Qing Dynasty. Shifang is a four column, three room, three floor, four a-ding style. It is about 9.5 meters high and 9 meters wide. It faces north and backs south. There are cloud drum pillars on the north and south sides of the four pillars, and there is a rectangular column base. In the north and south sides of the middle column and in the three doors of the three rooms, there are couplets in regular script inscribed with praise of Zhao caizhang. The stone beam of the right question has been broken (it has not yet fallen). Now a stone wall has been built with cement mortar to help the lining, and the couplet has been covered.
