Lime mountain monsoon rain forest

The seasonal rain forest is mainly distributed in the limestone low mountain area from Menglun to Mengyuan in Yunnan Province. The representative plants are evergreen trees and deciduous trees, such as Tetraena mongolica, Syzygium obtusifolia, Magnolia oleifera, Cinnamomum camphora and yidanchai. The limestone is widely distributed in this area, and the karst landform resources are extremely rich, including many stone peaks, stone forests, stalagmites, stone buds, karst caves and underground rivers.

The seasonal rain forest is mainly distributed in the limestone low mountain area from Menglun to Mengyuan in Yunnan Province. Limestone is widely distributed in this area, and karst landform resources are extremely rich. There are many stone peaks, stone forests, stalagmites, stone buds, karst caves and underground rivers. According to the investigation, there are 24 karst caves around Mengyuan alone. The combination of grotesque peaks and rocks in karst caves and the surrounding tropical rain forest forms the natural landscape of Menglun scenic area.

Cuipingshe, a seasonal rain forest in Shihui mountain, has been developed into a green stone forest park. The park is 83km away from Jinghong City. It is about 8 km from Menglun to menglagong, and 600 meters away from the left side of the park. "Green stone forest" is the tropical rain forest in limestone area.

Two sightseeing roads have been built in the park, pedestrian suspension bridges have been set up, peak observation platform and Yuanwang pavilion have been built on the top of the mountain. In the park, there are some plant landscapes, such as wild Platycodon grandiflorum, Wangtian tree, parasitic rattan and so on.
