Du Lake is only 200 meters away from Baiyang Lake. Du Lake is in the East and Baiyang Lake is in the West. Therefore, some people call it "sister Lake". If you go west along Baiyang Lake, you will find that Shanglin lake is only a few mountains away from Dubai lake. It's really the light and aura of the lake, echoing each other in the distance!

Du Lake, as the largest lake in Cixi City, covers an area of more than 3700 mu, which new visitors will not believe. If you are interested in going for a tour, your original view will be greatly changed. In fact, like the West Lake in Hangzhou, du Lake is also divided into two parts: the inner lake and the outer lake. It is only because there is a 5 km long dike between the two lakes that du Lake is not a big illusion. However, if you look far away, it is still one. Along the West Bank of the lake, the south side of the lake is the continuous mountains, and the north side is the ten mile long bank. The trees are verdant, the mountains are covered, the sea is vast, and the sky is the same color. However, in the case of cloudy weather, it sweeps away the usual beautiful scenery. To the north of the lake embankment, there is a brick and wood structure building in Gaotian village, the former site of the establishment of the CPC eastern Zhejiang District Committee in July 1942; to the south of Jiejia village, there is dingshui Temple site, the former residence of Yu Shinan, a famous official and calligrapher in the early Tang Dynasty; Yuan Shao, the Duke of Yue in the Southern Song Dynasty, was also buried here, which really adds color to du Lake.
