Dongshan Botanical Garden

Dongshan botanical garden is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Shunxing street and Huanghe Road. It is the first county botanical garden in Hengshui City.

Dongshan botanical garden covers an area of about 187 mu. The garden highlights the ecological and natural landscape design theme of flowers in three seasons, evergreen in four seasons and blending of mountains and rivers. There are more than 90 plant communities, more than 110 seedlings and flowers, with Pavilion, corridor, bridge, platform, lamp, wall, stone and other elements.

In terms of design techniques, it pursues the rhythm unity of geometric figures, regular lines and free curves, and is divided into nine functional areas, including square comprehensive activity area, Yuehu Lake scenic area, and Kaixin orchard picking area, highlighting the natural ecology and modern beauty of the park. It is an ecological plant park integrating leisure, entertainment, fitness, sightseeing and popular science.
