With a total land and water area of 680 Mu and a total infrastructure investment of 24 million yuan, the whole park is planned and designed by famous professors of Southeast University. It is a modern park integrating leisure and entertainment.

More than 80 kinds of flowers and trees and more than 90000 plants are planted in the park. The lawn of nearly 100000 square meters turns the Yellow River beach into a green ocean with green grass and water. The double flying sky, karting racing car and Golden Dragon pulley in the modern entertainment city make leisure people experience the most intense heartbeat. The water park built and put into operation in 2011 adds a new charm to Huai'an in summer The first-class open-air theater in Northern Jiangsu, which can accommodate thousands of people, has successfully hosted such large-scale activities as "China Huai'an, Japan Kyushu folk literature and art Gala".
